Dr. Yuan Zhang was awarded a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant, entitled U-statistic Reduction with Accurate Risk Control.  This project aims to develop inference tools and accompanying theory for accurate risk control in computational acceleration for U-statistics, with application to network method-of-moments.

The funded research project is based on Dr. Zhang's joint work with his PhD student Meijia Shao at OSU and Prof. Dong Xia at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
