LBL

Bullet PURPOSE: R package that performs Logistic Bayesian Lasso for finding association of haplotypes and environmental factors with a trait in a case-control or family setting. Bayesian lasso is used to find the posterior distributions of logistic regression coefficients, which are then used to calculate Bayes Factor to test for association. Credible intervals are also constructed from the posterior sample. Several versions of the LBL package are available as descfribed below (from the newest to the oldest).
