Candace Berrett received her BS degree in Actuarial Science from Brigham Young University in 2005. She is currently in the PhD program of the Department of Statistics at The Ohio State University.

Jenny Brynjarsdottir received her BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Iceland in 1999, followed by an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland in 2002. Jenny worked as a research associate at the Science Institute of the University of Iceland from 2003-2005. She is currently in the PhD program of the Department of Statistics at The Ohio State University.

Emily L. Kang received a BS degree from Tianjin University in Applied Mathematics and a BA degree from Nankai University in Finance, both in 2004 as part of a co-operation program between the two universities.
