HybTree: A Perl Script for Estimating Hybridization and Time Scales In the Presence of Deep Coalescence



The perl scripts available for download on this page can be used to estimate the extent and timing of hybridization from a sample of gene tree topologies. It is based on the method described in:

Gerard D, Gibbs HL, Kubatko L, 2011. "Estimating hybridization in the presence of coalescence using phylogenetic intraspecific sampling".
