Research
My current research areas include spatial and spatio-temporal models, computation, Bayesian methods, and statistics education.
Currently, my advisor, Kate Calder, and I are developing Bayesian spatial probit regression models for categorical data.
I am also working as a research assistant for Kate Calder and Tao Shi on the FLAMES project. On this project we are developing a spatio-temporal model to analyze aerosols over Southeast Asia using a combination of two sources of data: numerical model output, MOZART, and satellite aerosol and emissions measurements, MISR and MODIS.
