Restoring a deleted file:

Open the directory (Directory A) that the file was stored

Right Click on the click properties.

When the properties window opens, select the previous versions tab.

Displayed is a list of available copies of that directory, choose one with a corresponding time that the file would be present in and click view.

This opens up another window (Directory B) which should look your directory (Directory A), find your file and drag it from this window to the folder you deleted the file from (click and drag from Directory B to Directory A).

Restoring a previous version of a file:

Open the directory where the file is stored.

Right click on that file and select properties.

When the properties window opens, select the previous versions tab.

Displayed is a list of available versions of that file, choose one with a corresponding time that matches the version you are looking for, click view to open and check the file.

Once you have found the file, select either copy, restore or view. 

If you selected view, make sure to save the file
